Job Responsibilities
    • Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
    • Clients retention & up selling.
    • Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders at all levels within these accounts.
    • Understanding client's requirements.
    • Maintain good relationship with the clients.
    • Determining and outlining business process also making strategies for improvements.
    • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
  • Requirements
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
    • 0-1 years business development experience required.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation customer service oriented skills.
    • Developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales.
    • Satisfy customer's needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.
    • Commitment and focus on excellence and customer service, and a strong alignment with our core values.
    • Manage Sales Pipeline, Acquisition of key accounts, and Consultative Sales skills.
    • Have an excellent overview of the business and are up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
