What motivated you to start IOTASCALE?
I saw an opportunity to bring enterprise-grade telecom and data solutions to the operators that needed them most. We set out to build a team that could solve hard problems around Deep Packet Inspection, core and aggregation networks with real customer focus.
What do you enjoy most about leading the team?
Watching people grow into experts and take ownership of complex, high-impact problems. When the team succeeds, our customers succeed.
What advice would you give someone joining IOTASCALE?
Stay curious, stay customer-focused, and never stop learning. The telecom domain is deep, and there is always a new challenge around the corner.
